PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a court order/subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. If you complete a VAT relief form, please note that this is stored for legal requirements, and may be passed to an HMRC officer for the purposes of verification of your zero rated purchase.
PHOTO UPLOADS
Customer Photo Uploads to site indicate your agreement for MiMo Wigs Ltd to display on the website. A photo upload does not guarantee that we will display on site, but you can rest assured that photos will never be shown outwith our website and only with your consent will we display your photograph on site.
Your photo upload is your direct consent for MiMo Wigs Ltd to use the photo on site in any way we deem suitable. Your agreement at the time of upload is your permission for us to display your photograph on site. We will never share these photos without your consent.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Any legal requirement of maintenance of records will be held, for example the retention of documentation pertaining to UK VAT Relief on eligible goods for the usage of HMRC as required by law.
Please note that if you make a fraudulent chargeback on your purchase, this will be reported to your bank who may follow this with legal action. Your data will only be shared as per legal requirements in order to assist us in the prevention of fraud.

CURRENCIES
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency. Unless you have chosen to pay in another currency, all orders are processed in GBP and if a refund is required at any time, it will be processed in the currency paid.
